- What was the hardest thing to accomplish in this program?
The hardest thing was to learn how to eat right, how to control my portions and choose healthier snacks when I felt hungry. - What did you enjoy the most? - What changed in your life after you started this program? - Do you practice the things you've learned at home?
Yes! I control my portions a lot more, and when I am hungry i opt for some fruit. I also often workout and try to play basketball after school.
